Role & Responsibilities

- Looking for a Business Analyst to act as a Product Specialist for our AI-powered sell-side CRM platform.
- You will bridge business, product, and AIdriving use cases, refining features, and ensuring strong client adoption.
- Understand Product and act as the subject matter expert
- Gather requirements and convert them into user stories/specs
- Define and refine AI use cases (chatbots, insights, recommendations)
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams on implementation
- Engage with clients for demos, onboarding, and feedback
- Analyze data and validate AI outputs for business relevance

Qualifications

- 2+ years as a Business/Product Analyst
- Experience with CRM or financial workflows (sell-side preferred)
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong preference for candidates with exposure to data, analytics, or financial markets
- Preferred Skills
- Certifications or coursework in Business Analysis, Product Management, or AI/ML.
- Basic understanding of AI/LLMs and data-driven products
