Job Description:

1. Knowledge of Civil/Interiors related works.

2. Knowledge of Civil/interiors sequence of works,
IS codes, rate analysis of items etc.

3. Pre-qualification and short-listing of
contractors for various Civil related activities.

4. Review, understand and correlate Civil GFC
drawings with the BOQ

5. Reviewing Civil/Interiors (BOQ technical
specifications), preparing the bid documents as per standards and floating of
Civil/Interiors tenders, negotiation with all agencies, analysing the
comparative statements and award of work.

6. Reviewing of received quotations, reply to
queries received from contractors related to tender document.

7. Experienced in dealing with Civil/Interiors
contractors

8. Interface with Site team and contractors, to
ensure timely completion within given budget, specified standards and defined
timelines.

Ensure contract policies and procedures are
adequately covered as set by management

10. Preparation, check, review releasing of
workorder, agreement as per timelines to Contractors

? Experience in finalizing civil contacts tendering finalization in a
real estate firm.

? Knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and
directives related to the Construction sector.
