Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Full Stack to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, API development, cloud platforms, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall application architecture, technical vision, and roadmap.
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue.js/Angular.
- Build and maintain GraphQL/REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architecture standards.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement testing strategies using Playwright, unit testing, and integration testing.




- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience in GraphQL, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Playwright or other automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
