Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of BGV executives to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end background verification operations, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide timely updates, and resolve escalations.

Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BGV tools/software preferred.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.
