Role & responsibilities

1) MBD Engineer:

l Hardware software integration knowledge, HSIS understanding.

l Control Model development in MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow modelling.

l Handwritten C/C++ code development knowledge/preferred & S-Function development.

l Positive working experience Static testing (QAC, LDRA, compile log and MISRA guidelines).

l Model guideline check according to MAAB guidelines, Modeling Guidelines.

l Configuration Management (e.g. Eclipse, GIT, SVN/PTC).

l Experience with Vector CAN tools and Autosar development will be considered a plus.

2) Software Validation:

l Knowledge in AutoSAR based product development & working on ASIL -D components.

l Experience in vehicle networking especially CAN (SAEJ1939 & ISO11898) and UDS (ISO14229).

l Knowledge in DOORs/DNG / Rhapsody / ELM / Version control tools.

l Experience in Static testing (QAC, LDRA, compile log and MISRA guidelines)

l Configuration Management (e.g. Eclipse, GIT, SVN/PTC).

l Experience with Vector CAN tools and Autosar development will be considered a plus.

3) Functional Safety:

l Proven knowledge of competence in ISO 26262 - Experience in development of safety-critical products.





l Perform Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA).

l Define Automotive Safety Integration Levels (ASILs) requirements and assess ASIL capabilities

4) System Validation:

l Knowledge in EEPROM, Motor driver control algorithms.

l Knowledgeable in Brushed, Brushless DC and PMSM motors.

l Knowledge in vehicle networking especially CAN (SAEJ1939 & ISO11898) and UDS (ISO14229).

l Experience in Vector testing tools (CANoe, CANalyser).

l Knowledge in DOORs/DNG .

l Knowledge and experience in HIL / SIL and MIL testing.

l Knowledge in writing CAPEL/PYTHON test scripts to ease and repeatability of the test performed.

l Ability to analyze in-vehicle data CAN and other logs.

5) Vehicle Tuning Engineer:

l Perform C-EPS system calibration including assist level tuning, returnability, friction compensation, damping, and on-centre feel. Perform different Steering Manoeuvres.

l Analyse CAN communication signals, message behaviour, and network performance using CANalyzer and CANoe.

l Understanding of CAN/LIN protocols, UDS diagnostics, DTCs, and in-vehicle networks.

l Experience with calibration maps, parameter sheets, A2L files, and EPS control logic fundamentals.
