Requirement Gathering Analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE assessments to support system enhancements and migration initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

Temenos T24 Functional Expertise (Wealth Management)

- Possess strong functional expertise in Wealth Management modules, including Securities, Corporate Actions, Capital Gains, Derivatives, Structured Products, Money Market (MM), Foreign Exchange (FX), SWIFT, and Regulatory Reporting (e.g., MiFID).
- Configure and tailor T24 modules to align with client-specific business needs.
- Design and implement solutions covering corporate actions processing, capital gains, trailer fees, safekeeping charges, and reconciliation workflows.

Project Delivery

- Operate within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, creating user stories and ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of business requirements.
- Facilitate walkthroughs, workshops, and whiteboard sessions with stakeholders.

Testing Validation

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and validate system configurations.
- Perform data mapping and analysis for migration and transformation projects.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams.
- Provide consistent project updates and proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
