We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS ELV Project Engineer to join our team As a Project Engineer you will oversee the planning design and successful execution of BMS ELV packages in commercial and industrial facilities Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Design Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives Develop detailed project plans including scope budget and timelines Team Coordination Lead project teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors Assign tasks and responsibilities ensuring efficient project execution Installation and Implementation Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV components and equipment Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards Manage the sub-contractors effectively Stores Management Raise material requests well in advance Handle local purchases Ensure site store functions properly Keep record of materials issued returned Ensure safe custody of materials in store and prevent losses theft Client Engagement Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns Attend project meetings update project progress plans Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Quality Assurance Ensure that ELV systems meet performance and reliability standards Perform system testing and adjustments as needed Make sure safety guidelines are followed by the team Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings specifications and change orders Prepare comprehensive project reports for clients and management Training and Support Conduct training sessions for facility operators and maintenance teams on ELV operation and maintenance Provide ongoing support to clients post-project completion Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a BMS ELV Project Engineer or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of various ELV systems Robust project management skills including budget and timeline management Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with clients Relevant certifications is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 540 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Application Question s How much is your notice period to join Are you willing to be based out of Bangalore Experience BMS ELV project 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
