Specialization Commercial and Corporate Spaces Mandatory Key Responsibilities Design and manage end-to-end interior design projects for commercial and corporate clients Develop concept designs space planning material specifications and FF E Furniture Fixtures and Equipment selection Create technical drawings 3D renders and presentations using software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or similar Collaborate with clients contractors consultants and project managers to ensure design intent is realized Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design standards Stay up to date with industry trends materials and technologies suited for commercial environments Ensure designs comply with local building codes safety standards and corporate branding guidelines Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial and corporate interior design both are mandatory Solid knowledge of design principles material sourcing and budgeting Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent communication presentation and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
