Job Title Production Manager - Sterile Injectable Manufacturing Location Ankleshwar Gujarat Salary Up to 15 LPA Based on Experience Industry Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Position Summary We are hiring a Production Manager to lead and optimize sterile injectable production ampoule vial and lyophilization lines at our Ankleshwar facility The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations while maintaining cGMP compliance timely delivery and continuous improvement in productivity Key Responsibilities Develop and implement annual production plans for ampoule vial and lyophilized vial lines Monitor daily production output yield and OEE implement timely corrective actions to meet performance targets Ensure strict compliance with SOPs safety norms and regulatory standards FDA WHO-GMP Supervise the preparation validation and auditing of Batch Manufacturing Records BMR and Batch Packing Records BPR Liaise with QC QA teams for in-process checks documentation review and batch release activities Lead a team of supervisors and operators conduct regular training performance evaluations and skills enhancement programs Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S Kaizen and Six Sigma to reduce rejections and machine downtime Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology Chemistry or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in sterile injectable production with at least 3 years in a managerial role Mandatory Hands-on experience in liquid ampoule liquid vial and lyophilized vial manufacturing lines Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills are essential With Regards Himani HR (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 581 534 36 per year Work Location In person
