Job Title Civil Engineer Location Kochi Experience Minimum 4 Years Salary Negotiable based on current salary and experience Industry Construction Infrastructure Development Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing residential commercial or infrastructure projects The role demands strong technical knowledge project coordination skills and a commitment to quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and manage day-to-day site operations and project execution Supervise contractors subcontractors and site labor to ensure timely and quality construction Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Coordinate with architects consultants clients and internal teams Conduct quality checks and ensure the use of approved materials and methods Assist in procurement and resource planning as needed Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project execution Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools Strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulatory standards Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
