Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial planning analysis and reporting processes The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management leadership experience and the ability to drive financial strategy aligned with organizational goals This role is critical to ensuring the company s financial health compliance and profitability Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data and business insights Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting Monitor cash flow accounts and other financial transactions Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making Ensure compliance with accounting standards e g GAAP IFRS and regulatory requirements Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors Supervise finance team members provide mentorship and professional development Implement and improve financial systems processes and controls Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Master s MBA preferred CA CPA CMA or equivalent certification strongly preferred 8-12 years of experience in corporate finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role Solid knowledge of financial principles corporate finance and financial reporting Proficient in financial software and ERP systems e g SAP Oracle QuickBooks Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry name e g SaaS manufacturing healthcare etc Familiarity with global financial practices for multinational companies Experience with mergers acquisitions investor relations or fundraising is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
