Job Title Business Development Project Manager B Tech MBA Company CAPEX CONSTRUCTION ENGG PVT LTD Location Unit No-21 6th Floor Tower-A Bhutani Alphathum Sector-90 Noida Position Type Full-Time Salary As per Market Standards We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development and Technical Resource to join our team The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical mechanical and business development areas with a keen understanding of MEP systems related to builders real estate Government projects This role involves generating new business opportunities managing teams and taking ownership of strategic initiatives to drive company growth Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical mechanical and construction sectors Manage and lead teams to ensure project execution and business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and vendors Responsible for understanding and executing MEP systems including underground electrical cabling city gas pipelines electrical substations and related infrastructure Lead business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning Take ownership of recent project acquisition and revenue generation Coordinate with technical teams for project planning execution and delivery Develop proposals presentations government tenders and reports for potential and existing clients Drive all aspects of business growth including market research outreach and negotiations Oversee project and resource management ensuring quality and timely completion Qualifications Skills B Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Business Development or Marketing Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development resource management and project execution within construction real estate government or related sectors Strong understanding of MEP systems electrical cabling city gas pipelines and electrical substations Proven ability to generate new business and manage strategic initiatives Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and responsibility Preferred Attributes Experience working with Government builders and real estate developers Knowledge of industry standards and project management practices Demonstrated success in business growth and relationship management Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
