We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of innovative and functional building projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts preparing detailed drawings and specifications and coordinating with clients consultants and construction teams throughout all phases of a project This role requires strong design sensibility technical proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp and a solid understanding of building codes materials and construction methods The Architect will ensure that all designs are compliant with regulations and tailored to client needs while integrating sustainable design principles Attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders are essential A bachelor s or master s degree in Architecture is required and professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality innovative architectural solutions Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
