Job Summary We are seeking a well-groomed poised and customer-focused Hostess to be the welcoming face of our fine dining restaurant As the first point of contact for guests you will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions managing reservations and ensuring a smooth flow of guests within the dining area Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant with a professional and friendly demeanor Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using a reservation system e g OpenTable Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team Maintain an organized waiting list during peak times and communicate estimated wait times Answer guest inquiries about the restaurant menu or specials Maintain the podium reception area in a clean orderly and welcoming condition Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences Handle special requests VIP guests and guest complaints professionally Requirements Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing role in a fine dining or upscale workplace preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Polished professional appearance and etiquette Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems preferred Fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus What We Offer Market-competitive salary Service incentives and tips if applicable Professional growth opportunities Training and development in high-end hospitality standards A refined and respectful work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
