Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits Duties Work Hour 11 00 AM to 8 00 PM Conduct academic advising sessions to assist students in setting and achieving educational goals Mentor students on academic and personal matters to enhance their overall college experience Leading Conversation with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and aspirations Addressing queries and concerns of prospective students Parents Building Relationships with students Parents and other stakeholders to promote our academic programs Meeting sales targets by converting leads in to enrollments Requirements Bachelor s degree Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students faculty and staff Experience in academic advising or related field preferred Ability to work with diverse student populations Strong mentoring skills to guide students towards academic success Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
