Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance solid managerial capabilities and the flexibility to travel when required Proficiency in Tally GST TDS ITR filing and Excel-based MIS reporting is essential Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations Oversee and guide a team of accountants ensuring high-quality deliverables Ensure timely filing of GST returns TDS and Income Tax Returns ITR Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP charts etc Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software Support internal and external audits Travel to different company locations or client sites as required for financial oversight or coordination Work closely with senior management on budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning Required Skills and Qualifications Required CA Drop Out only Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance Proven experience in a managerial role leading and mentoring a team Strong knowledge of Indian taxation GST TDS and ITR procedures Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting MIS Hands-on experience with Tally ERP Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to travel as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
