We are hiring a Supervisor to manage on-ground operations for our warehouse processes in a high-volume fast-paced 3PL environment The ideal candidate is someone who has experience leading large teams is process-driven and can perform effectively in rotational shift operations while delivering consistent results for national-level clients What We Offer Absolute clarity on work expectations and number based appraisal system Company is growing 10X in next 4 years so a superb growth opportunity for people contributing towards growth of company Stable company with clear laid down procedures and a great track record of growth Pan India operations so scope of moving across India to gain multiple experience in various geographies Job Security with cash rich well funded company listed on NSE with market cap of 600 Crores Professional work culture and learning environment where the only pressure is of upgrading your skillset and growing along with organization Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 40 ground staff across inbound sorting packing and dispatch functions Ensure daily shift targets are met in terms of productivity quality and turnaround time Execute operations as per SOPs and client SLAs Manage attendance discipline and performance of team members in rotational shifts Conduct on-floor planning manpower deployment and shift handovers efficiently Provide regular updates and reports to Warehouse Manager and Ops team Resolve on-ground issues proactively and maintain team motivation and output Ensure safety hygiene and process compliance during each shift Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse logistics operations At least 1-2 years of experience in leading teams of 30-50 members Prior experience in e-commerce or 3PL environment preferred Strong team handling discipline enforcement and shift planning skills Comfortable working in system-based operations WMS TMS Should be comfortable with rotational shifts including night duties Process-driven mindset with hands-on operational control Basic Excel knowledge and shift reporting skills are an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
