Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Railway Darshan Service Executive to assist clients with railway bookings and pilgrimage-related services such as darshan tickets travel coordination and itinerary support The ideal candidate should be well-versed in railway reservation systems online booking platforms and have knowledge of popular religious destinations and their protocols Key Responsibilities Railway Services Book train tickets through official platforms like IRCTC ensuring accuracy in passenger details and travel preferences Assist clients with ticket cancellations refunds PNR status and other related services Monitor seat availability fare changes and special train schedules Keep records of all bookings and transactions in an organized system Darshan Pilgrimage Services Book online offline darshan passes for popular temples religious sites and spiritual events Coordinate with travel agents or local partners to manage darshan slots accommodation and transport if required Provide clients with accurate information on temple timings dress codes ID requirements and entry rules Handle group bookings for tours or religious yatras when needed Customer Service Address client queries in person over the phone or via email Offer polite timely and explicit assistance to elderly pilgrims or non-tech-savvy users Maintain high levels of professionalism accuracy and data confidentiality Required Qualifications Minimum HSC 12th Pass Graduation preferred Prior experience in railway ticketing travel agency or darshan services is a plus Familiarity with IRCTC portal and other relevant platforms Basic computer skills MS Office email internet Fluency in Marathi and Hindi basic English is an advantage Location Kothrud Pune Maharashtra Salary Based on experience To Apply Email your resume to hrmanager dfgservices in or contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
