To receive inward material as per the Purchase Order To check the Vendor Challan Bill and compare with the Purchase Order and accordingly prepare GRN To stock the material onto the respective rack location To send the GRN copy along with supporting evidence such as QC report Challan and Bill to accounts department In case of any disputed Challans the same to be sorted out with Purchase department Proper rack identification of the materials Maintain Minimum stock level as per the agreed protocol for Minor items and raise Indent with due approval once the stock falls below the MSL Generate Indent for major Items as per BOM Requisition received from Production Follow-up on the Indents sent to the Purchase department on regular basis till the material is not received in Stores as per the PO Issue of material to the Production department as per the Requisition Daily random sampling of items to be carried out and variance report to be sent to Management for information Monthly Stock Check to be carried out and report to be submitted to the Management Follow discipline of Stock handling i e Inward GRN Rack Stocking identify the material as per BOM requisition a Issue Slip creation a Material physically issued Returnable and non-returnable material pertaining to Customer Care to be prepared Also follow-up to be done with Customer Care for Returnable goods that are being sent Challan to be made for testing materials on Returnable basis and it has to be tracked Prepare Challan for equipment sent for Demo on Returnable basis and to track the same Keep the Store clean and well-arranged organized Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
