Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee human resource operations across all our school branches The ideal candidate will lead HR functions such as payroll processing compliance audits recruitment employee engagement and policy implementation ensuring smooth and consistent practices across locations Key Responsibilities Oversee HR operations across multiple branches ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR policies Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary disbursements deductions statutory compliance PF ESI TDS and record-keeping Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to labor laws internal policies and statutory regulations at all branches Monitor and ensure timely processing of employee onboarding exit formalities and documentation across branches Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with branch heads to fulfill staffing needs Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices maintaining consistency across branches Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with a fair and skilled approach Maintain and update HR records and systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction Prepare periodic HR reports for senior management on staffing compliance payroll and other key metrics Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations Strong knowledge of labor laws PF ESI payroll and statutory compliance Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask travel to branch locations and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Serilingampally Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your previous salary Experience Minimum 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
