Key Responsibilities Overall planning execution monitoring and completion of interior fit-out projects Managing project scope covering civil works finishes furniture MEP coordination and final handover Preparation and control of project schedules budgets and resource plans Coordination with clients PMCs consultants architects and vendors Monitoring quality safety and statutory compliance at site Reviewing and approving shop drawings material submittals and samples Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedule Managing site engineers supervisors subcontractors and vendors Conducting regular progress meetings and reporting to management Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies Handling variation orders extra items and change management Ensuring billing milestones are achieved in coordination with commercial team Overseeing snag list closure testing commissioning and final handover Experience 10-15 years Interior Fit-Out Projects Qualification B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
