Graphic Designer About the organization Infinium Developers is the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Executive Sr Executive Industry Real Estate Designation Graphic Designer Department Marketing Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Position Summary The Head of Brand Marketing will serve as the custodian of Brand Infinium responsible for driving brand strategy branding and marketing of new and existing projects developing new lead generation channels and sources leading the marketing team and overseeing corporate communication efforts This leader will be pivotal in shaping Infinium s recognition and reputation as the firm enters new markets and ventures Key Responsibilities 1 Creative Design Visual Communication Develop creative designs for marketing and branding materials including brochures flyers hoardings posters social media creatives presentations and digital advertisements Create visually compelling concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies Ensure accuracy quality and consistency in all creative outputs 2 Brand Consistency Asset Management Maintain and strengthen Infinium Developers visual identity across all communication channels Ensure consistent use of brand elements such as logos colors typography and layouts Update and manage design templates and creative assets as required 3 Project Campaign Support Collaborate closely with marketing sales and project teams to support campaign and project launch requirements Design creatives for new residential and commercial project launches and promotional campaigns Coordinate with external vendors printers and agencies for final outputs 4 Team Coordination Review Guide and support junior designers or creative team members where applicable Review and finalize design outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks effectively Desired Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field 4-6 years of relevant experience in graphic design preferably in real estate construction or marketing-driven industries Experience in handling branding marketing creatives and campaign-based design work Prior experience in a senior designer or assistant manager-level role is an added advantage Skills Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong understanding of branding typography layout design and color theory Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage Strong time management and multitasking abilities Valuable communication and coordination skills Creative detail-oriented and deadline-driven If Anyone Interested Please Share Your CV to this Whatsapp Number (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
