Job Summary Switchgear Control Technics Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing submitting and managing tenders for our switchgear products ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and compile detailed tender documents ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for switchgear projects considering materials labour and overhead Utilize knowledge of switchgear systems and industry standards to provide accurate technical input during the tendering process Conduct research on market trends competitor offerings and pricing strategies to create competitive proposals Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the tendering phase addressing inquiries and providing clarifications as needed Maintain organized records of all tender submissions contracts and related correspondence Work closely with sales engineering and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from tendering to project execution Identify opportunities for enhancing the tendering process and contribute to the development of best practices Qualifications Diploma bachelor s degree preferably in Electrical EEE Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in tendering or bid management preferably in the electrical or construction sectors Estimation Costing experience mandatory Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficient in using MS Office Suite Advance Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Estimation Costing Knowledge E-Bidding Portal experience Do you have Tendering Experience Work Location In person
