A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out routine inspections preventive maintenance and repair work to ensure that all equipment systems and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently The role involves troubleshooting and fixing electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical issues responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies and performing minor installation and renovation tasks when required The technician must maintain proper records of maintenance activities follow safety standards and company policies and coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed Solid technical knowledge problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this role Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
