Vision Flying Training Institute is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Base Manager to lead and oversee all operations at our Amreli training base The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the aviation industry and should be capable of handling end-to-end management of a flying training facility Key Responsibilities Oversee complete management of the training facility including classrooms aircraft maintenance and ground operations Coordinate with DGCA and other aviation regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable norms Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed across all departments Manage aircraft scheduling airstrip runway usage and coordination with flight instructors for daily flight operations Monitor maintenance schedules and coordinate with technical teams to ensure aircraft airworthiness and readiness Manage inventory and oversee the procurement of equipment tools and supplies required for daily operations Lead and supervise a team of operational and technical staff ensuring discipline performance and continuous development Prepare and monitor operational budgets implement cost control measures where needed Maintain accurate records and documentation as per aviation and institutional guidelines Coordinate with external vendors contractors airport authorities and government bodies as required Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry preferably in flight training operations or base management Sound knowledge of DGCA regulations and aviation compliance standards Robust leadership and organizational management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Graduate in Aviation Engineering Management or related field preferred Prior experience managing teams and technical operations is a must Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
