A Solar PV Installer - Electrical is responsible for installation commissioning testing and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems as per safety and quality standards Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Install solar PV modules on rooftops and ground-mounted structures Assemble and fix module mounting structures as per layout Perform DC and AC electrical wiring earthing and cable management Install and connect Inverters Batteries if applicable Charge controllers ACDB DCDB Commission the solar PV system and ensure proper functioning Testing Maintenance Check system parameters voltage current polarity Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Identify faults and replace defective components Maintain cleanliness of solar panels Safety Compliance Follow electrical safety and fire safety norms Use PPE helmet gloves safety belt Ensure compliance with DISCOM and MNRE guidelines Maintain site safety and housekeeping Documentation Reporting Maintain installation checklists and job cards Record system specifications and handover documents Report work completion and issues to supervisor Required Qualifications ITI Diploma in Electrician Electrical Electronics NSDC-certified Solar PV Installer - Electrical preferred Experience Fresher or 1-3 years experience in solar installation or electrical work Skills Competencies Knowledge of solar PV components and electrical systems Ability to read wiring diagrams and layouts Basic measuring and testing skills Physical fitness for rooftop and field work Teamwork and discipline Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
