Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP Handle accounts receivable and payable Prepare journal entries ledgers and bank reconciliations Track expenses vendor bills and payment processing Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules 2 Financial Reporting Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing activities Prepare Trial Balance P L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports Support in variance analysis and financial data review 3 Audit Support Internal Statutory Tax Audits Coordinate with auditors for statutory internal and tax audits Prepare audit schedules working papers and reconciliations Support in GST audit tax audit and ROC-related documentation Identify gaps in internal controls and suggest improvements 4 Taxation Compliance Prepare monthly GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and annual returns GSTR-9 TDS computation return filing and 26AS reconciliation Assist in verifying statutory compliance PF ESI PT income tax etc Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues 5 Coordination Documentation Communicate with vendors clients banks and internal stakeholders Maintain proper documentation for invoices receipts payments and audit files Generate MIS reports as required by management Skills Competencies Required Strong understanding of accounting principles audit standards Working knowledge of Tally ERP SAP Zoho Books QuickBooks Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Reconciliation Knowledge of GST TDS income tax and statutory compliance Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities Good communication accuracy and time management skills Qualification B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter CMA Inter preferred Article-ship experience is a robust advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 967 35 - 36 403 90 per month Work Location In person
