Punnamada Backwater Resort Alappuzha Kerala Job Type Full-Time Department Accounts Finance About Punnamada Backwater Resort Punnamada Backwater Resort is a premium lakeside resort in Alappuzha known for its serene environment exceptional hospitality and high service standards We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations Key Responsibilities Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records Prepare and file GST TDS and statutory returns accurately and on time Manage accounts payable receivable vendor reconciliation and invoice processing Handle bank reconciliation cash books and daily revenue reports Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation Prepare monthly Profit Loss statements balance sheets and MIS reports Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Work with FO F B Operations teams to validate daily collection reports and revenue data Ensure compliance with resort and company financial policies Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 2-3 years of accounting experience hotel resort industry preferred Strong knowledge of Tally ERP Tally Prime MS Excel and basic accounting software Good understanding of GST TDS audits and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality sector accounting Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak seasons Salary Perks Competitive salary 15000 to 18000 based on experience Accommodation and meals provided if applicable PF ESI benefits Annual bonus as per company policy Work Location Punnamada Backwater Resort Punnamada Alappuzha Kerala How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your CV to admin punnamada com Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Work Location In person
