About the Role We are seeking a competent and responsible Transport Executive to manage and coordinate the school s transport operations The ideal candidate should have experience in transport management solid organizational skills and the ability to ensure safety and punctuality across all school routes Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the school transport system including buses routes drivers and attendants Prepare and update bus routes schedules and student pick-up drop-off points Monitor GPS tracking and ensure adherence to safety protocols and route timings Conduct regular checks of buses to ensure cleanliness safety and vehicle fitness Coordinate with drivers conductors and attendants for smooth transport operations Maintain records of vehicle documents permits fitness certificates insurance and service schedules Address transport-related queries and concerns from parents staff and school management Handle emergencies such as breakdowns delays or accidents and take immediate corrective action Ensure compliance with RTO norms CBSE safety guidelines and school transport policies Assist in recruitment training and evaluation of transport staff Prepare transport reports and share regular updates with the Transport In-Charge Administrator Eligibility Requirements Graduation preferred a diploma in logistics transport management will be an added advantage 5 years of experience in transport operations preferably in a school or institutional setup Strong knowledge of local routes RTO regulations and vehicle compliance Ms Office Knowledge Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle on-ground operational issues Proficient in MS Excel GPS tracking systems and transport management tools Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
