Core Responsibilities Project oversight Manage and supervise construction activities from start to finish to ensure quality safety and compliance with project specifications Technical guidance Review project plans drawings and blueprints to provide technical guidance to the construction team Quality control Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets the required standards Resource management Oversee and manage the efficient use of project resources materials and budget Safety compliance Enforce safety regulations and ensure the site adheres to all health safety and legal requirements Coordination and communication Liaise with clients architects contractors and subcontractors to coordinate activities and resolve any on-site issues or delays Reporting Prepare and submit progress reports daily logs and other necessary documentation Key skills and qualifications Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices AUTOCAD 2D 3D working experience is preferable Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues that arise on-site Robust leadership and team management abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Provident Fund Experience Civil engineering 3 years Required Civil 3D 3 years Required Location Sirohi Rajasthan Preferred Work Location In person
