We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment documentation data entry and employee engagement activities The ideal candidate should have solid attention to detail good communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling candidates for interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Support in onboarding new employees documentation joining formalities and induction 2 Documentation HR Records Maintain and update employee personal files and records Handle HR-related documentation offer letters appointment letters confirmation letters etc Ensure timely collection and filing of all employee documents 3 Data Entry HRMIS Enter and update employee data in HR systems or Excel sheets Maintain attendance leave and other HR databases accurately Generate basic HR reports as required 4 Employee Engagement Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities Support internal communication and employee feedback initiatives Coordinate birthday festival and celebration events 5 General HR Support Provide administrative support to the HR department Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administration freshers may also apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
