Senior HR Executive Job Summary The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing core HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations payroll support compliance performance management and organizational development This role ensures smooth HR operations while contributing to strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for all open positions Prepare JD post job ads screen CVs schedule interviews and finalize hiring Conduct HR rounds and coordinate with department heads for selection Maintain talent pipelines for future requirements 2 Onboarding Induction Plan and execute seamless onboarding and orientation programs Prepare offer letters appointment letters and employment contracts Ensure proper documentation and employee file management 3 Employee Relations Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and grievances Promote healthy workplace culture and coordinate engagement activities Resolve conflicts through counselling and communication 4 Attendance Payroll HR Operations Monitor attendance leaves and shift schedules Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing Manage HRMS entries employee records and statutory documents 5 Performance Management Support implementation of performance appraisal systems monthly quarterly yearly Track goal setting KPI KRA documentation and review processes Identify training needs and plan skill-development programs 6 Compliance Policies Ensure compliance with labour laws PF ESI Shops Establishment Act etc Draft review and update HR policies and SOPs Manage audits statutory records and reporting as required 7 Employee Engagement Plan events activities and initiatives to enhance motivation retention Organize training sessions celebrations team-building activities welfare programs Skills Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR or related field 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or similar role Robust knowledge of HR functions labour laws recruitment and performance systems Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Ability to handle confidential information professionally Key Competencies Leadership Teamwork Decision Making Employee-centric approach Time Management Attention to Detail Conflict Resolution Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
