HR Executive Recruitment Focus Company Goodlife Consumer Pvt Ltd Location Bandra East BKC Near Family Court Salary Range 20 000 - 30 000 per month Working Days Monday to Saturday Alternate Saturdays Off About the Company Goodlife Consumer Pvt Ltd is a growing consumer goods company committed to building robust brands and expanding across online and offline markets We are looking for an HR Executive to strengthen our recruitment processes and support our expanding team Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments The ideal candidate should be efficient people-oriented and capable of handling high-volume hiring Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments operations sales e-commerce marketing warehouse etc Source and shortlist candidates through job portals social media referrals and databases Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up throughout the hiring cycle Post job descriptions and manage responses across recruitment platforms Assist with offer letters background checks and onboarding formalities Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports Support HR team with day-to-day activities and documentation Required Skills Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruitment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously Familiarity with portals like Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc Good organizational and reporting skills Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation Benefits Salary range 20 000 - 30 000 per month Alternate Saturdays off Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
