Job Summary The Welding Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating welding activities in office or in a workshop environment This position ensures that all welding work meets safety standards quality requirements and project timelines The Welding Foreman will manage the work of welders provide technical support and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals Key Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership Lead supervise and direct a team of welders and welding assistants Assign tasks to welding personnel and ensure proper completion within deadlines Monitor work progress productivity and quality of welds Welding Operations Oversee all welding activities including structural pipe and metal welding Ensure welding processes are followed as per design specifications and standards Inspect welds for accuracy quality and conformance to specifications Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Conduct regular safety meetings and training for welding staff Monitor the workplace for potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken Ensure proper use of PPE and welding equipment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Experience total work 1 year Required License Certification ITI Welder Preferred Work Location In person
