We are looking for skilled CNC VMC and HMC Operators to join our machine shop The candidate will be responsible for setting operating and basic offset correction of CNC machining centers to produce precision components as per drawings and production plans Key Responsibilities Operate CNC VMC and or HMC machines as per daily production schedule Set up jobs loading components clamping fixturing tool loading and basic program calling Read and understand engineering drawings job cards and process sheets Carry out tool offset work offset and basic parameter adjustments within defined limits Measure components using Vernier micrometer height gauge etc and ensure parts are within tolerance Record production data rejections and downtime in the prescribed formats Follow standard operating procedures 5S and safety rules on the shop floor Perform basic machine cleaning coolant air oil checks and coordinate for preventive maintenance Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
