Country Region IN Requisition ID 31349 Work Model Position Type Salary Range Location INDIA - NOIDA- BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title AI Sr Architect Description Area s of responsibility Key Responsibilities Solutioning and Implementation Design and implement innovative solutions using platforms such as Aisera Moveworks Amelia Kore AI Microsoft Co-pilot and Azure OpenAI Customer Engagement Act as a customer-facing expert understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions Storytelling and Presentation Deliver compelling presentations and stories to stakeholders showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions Pre-deployment Activities Conduct thorough assessments and prepare the workplace for deployment Post-deployment Support Provide ongoing support to ensure the solutions operate at peak efficiency addressing any issues that arise Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product development and customer support to deliver successful AI solutions Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 2-3 years of experience in solutioning and implementing AI and Co-pilot platforms such as Aisera and Kore AI 8-12 years of overall experience in IT operation Infrastructure Ops and App Ops AI and automation Hands-on knowledge of platforms including Moveworks Amelia Microsoft Co-pilot and Azure OpenAI Excellent storytelling capabilities and presentation skills
