Job Summary The Account Executive Accounts Finance will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining financial records handling transactions and assisting in preparing financial reports The role ensures accuracy compliance and timely execution of all accounting and finance related activities in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Operations Maintain accurate books of accounts including purchase sales cash bank and journal entries Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Reconcile vendor and customer accounts on a regular basis Perform daily bank reconciliation and track cash flow 2 Financial Reporting Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Generate MIS reports ageing analysis and other financial summaries as required Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis 3 Taxation Compliance Ensure timely filing and documentation of GST TDS PF ESIC and other statutory requirements Prepare necessary documents for audits and coordinate with internal external auditors Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies 4 Documentation Record Management Maintain vendor invoices purchase orders receipts and payment vouchers Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions Maintain digital and physical files for audits and internal review 5 Coordination Support Coordinate with procurement HR production and other departments for financial clarifications Assist senior accountants or finance managers in special projects audits and financial planning Communicate with vendors customers and banks for payment-related issues Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce B Com M Com Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes Proficient in Tally ERP MS Excel MS Office or any accounting software Good understanding of GST TDS and statutory compliance Strong analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and reconciliation Good communication and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Practical experience in Accounts Finance 1-3 years Experience in manufacturing trading or service industry accounting Knowledge of advanced Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your Current Salary What is your Expected Salary What is your Availability for Joining Work Location In person
