We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Marketing Head to lead our growth efforts The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility generate leads and drive revenue across multiple channels Key Responsibilities Sales Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and key accounts Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation negotiations and deal closure Marketing Create and implement marketing campaigns digital social media email and offline to drive brand awareness and demand generation Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive insights Manage content creation for website blogs brochures and promotional materials Track and report on campaign performance ROI and lead conversions Leadership Collaboration Coordinate with product operations and senior management to align marketing and sales efforts Mentor and guide a small team or external agencies as needed Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field MBA preferred Experience Minimum 2 years in a sales and or marketing role with proven success in meeting revenue and growth targets Solid understanding of digital marketing social media and CRM tools Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Solid analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
