Job description Accountant E-commerce Consumer Electronics Location Bangalore Work from office Monday to Friday Job Type Full-time Experience 3-5 years in accounting preferably in e-commerce D2C consumer electronics About Us We are a quick-growing D2C Direct-to-Consumer brand in the consumer electronics space operating in India We are looking for an experienced Accountant proficient in Tally and well-versed in e-commerce accounting GST and TDS compliance The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations Key Responsibilities Daily Bookkeeping Accounting Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally Record daily sales expenses and bank reconciliations Manage accounts payable receivable and vendor payments GST TDS Compliance Ensure timely and accurate GST filings GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 Handle TDS deductions filings Form 26Q and issuance of certificates Reconcile input tax credits and resolve discrepancies E-commerce Financial Management Track and reconcile sales from Amazon Flipkart Shopify and other marketplaces Handle refunds discounts and marketplace commission entries Monitor working capital and cash flow Financial Reporting Audit Support Prepare monthly P L balance sheets and cash flow statements Assist in internal external audits and tax assessments Process Improvement Implement best practices for accounting automation and efficiency Work closely with the finance team to optimize costs Requirements Education B Com M Com or equivalent CA Inter CMA preferred Experience 3 years in accounting with Tally Prime or ERP Industry Preference E-commerce D2C or consumer electronics Technical Skills Proficient in Tally Excel Pivot VLOOKUP and Google Sheets Knowledge of GST TDS and e-commerce accounting Soft Skills Detail-oriented organized and able to meet deadlines Good to Have Experience with Tally ERP Tally Prime or other accounting tools Knowledge of inventory accounting in e-commerce Candidates with immediate joining will be preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 09 2025 Expected Start Date 02 12 2025
