Biitcode is urgently hiring Sr Manager R D for our reputed Client into manufacturer in the automotive sector in India Plz find details below Position Title Sr Manager R D Reports To Head R D Technical Director Key Responsibilities 1 Product Design Development Design develop and validate new automotive components systems or sub-systems Work on design optimization cost reduction and performance improvement projects Prepare and review 2D 3D models and drawings using CAD software CATIA Creo SolidWorks etc Support prototype development testing and validation activities 2 Project Management Manage R D projects from concept to production handover Coordinate with cross-functional teams Production Quality Purchase and Marketing to ensure timely project execution Track project timelines documentation and deliverables 3 Testing Validation Plan and conduct design verification and validation tests DV PV Analyze test results identify root causes and implement corrective actions Work closely with testing agencies suppliers and customers for validation approvals 4 Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain design documents test reports DFMEA PFMEA DVP R and BOMs Ensure proper documentation and version control as per IATF ISO standards 5 Innovation Continuous Improvement Contribute to innovation initiatives patent ideas and new technology exploration Support VA VE Value Analysis Value Engineering activities Keep updated with emerging trends materials and technologies in the automotive sector Key Skills Competencies Solid understanding of automotive product development process Proficiency in CAD tools CATIA Creo SolidWorks Knowledge of IATF 16949 APQP PPAP and DFMEA Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Good communication and team coordination abilities Educational Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Automobile Engineering M Tech preferred but not mandatory interesed candidates share your cv - 93905 24758 Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Experience R D 2 years Required Automotive lighting 2 years Required Work Location In person
