Zuddl is a modular platform for events and webinars that helps event marketers plan and execute events that drive growth Event teams from global organizations like Microsoft Google ServiceNow Zylo Postman TransPerfect and the United Nations trust Zuddl Our modular approach to event management lets B2B marketers and conferences organizers decide which components they need to build the perfect event and scale their event program Zuddl is an outcome-oriented platform with a focus on flexibility and is more partner less vendor FUNDING Zuddl being a part Y-Combinator 2020 batch has raised 13 35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures with participation from our existing investors GrowX ventures and Waveform Ventures About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Finance Operations Compliances to support our finance function across accounting operations statutory compliances and internal control processes in US India and preferably UAE This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial operations adherence to compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions and supporting audits and reporting The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge hands-on experience with ERP accounting tools such as Zoho and QuickBooks and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment WHAT YOU WILL DO Finance OperationsOversee day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and General Ledger management Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in line with US GAAP Ind- AS IFRS and other applicable accounting standards Support monthly quarterly and annual financial close and reporting processes Monitor cash flows expense tracking and vendor customer payments Manage inter-company reconciliations and support transfer pricing compliance across geographies Compliance ControlsEnsure statutory and regulatory compliance across India GST TDS PF ESIC Corporate Tax UAE VAT labor compliance and US sales tax payroll federal state filings Coordinate and support statutory internal and tax audits across regions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and assess impact on operations Prepare and file statutory returns and reports within defined timelines Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks Reporting AnalysisPrepare MIS reports management dashboards and investor reporting packs Provide variance analysis and support budgeting forecasting processes Develop presentations and reports for leadership review using Excel Word and PowerPoint Process Improvement AutomationWork with accounting software Zoho QuickBooks or equivalent ERP to streamline processes Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy Document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence Qualifications Skills Education Chartered Accountant CA CPA or MBA Finance preferred Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations and compliance global exposure across US India UAE preferred Robust accounting knowledge with understanding of GAAP Ind-AS IFRS and compliance frameworks Hands-on experience in Zoho Books Zoho Finance QuickBooks Online QBo exposure to other ERPs a plus Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint with advanced spreadsheet reporting skills Experience in handling audits tax filings and statutory returns across multiple jurisdictions Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail WHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERECompetitive compensation Employee Friendly ESOPs Remote Working Flexible Leave Program Home Workstation Setup A culture built on trust transparency and integrity Ground floor opportunity at a fast-growing series A startup
