Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Executive to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for preparing organizing and coordinating event materials and supplies to ensure productive delivery and setup at event venues Your contribution will be crucial to maintaining the high quality and professionalism our clients expect at every event Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Track and manage inventory of event materials e g banners giveaways promotional items kits Packaging Coordination Assemble and package event kits and materials according to event-specific requirements Logistics Support Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of packaged items to event venues Quality Checks Inspect items before packaging to ensure quality standards are met Labeling and Documentation Accurately label packages and maintain documentation for all outgoing materials Vendor Coordination Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of packaging materials Team Collaboration Work closely with the event planning and production teams to understand packaging needs for each event Post-Event Reconciliation Assist in retrieving reusable items and reconciling inventories after events Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Logistics Event Management or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in packaging logistics or event operations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
