Job Overview The PCB Soldering Technician will be responsible for assembling soldering inspecting and testing printed circuit boards PCBs as per technical drawings and quality standards The role requires precision attention to detail and experience with both through-hole and SMD components Key Responsibilities Perform soldering of SMD and Through-Hole components on PCBs following industry standards IPC-A-610 preferred Assemble PCB boards as per schematic diagrams BOM layout and work instructions Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability rework defective boards when needed Operate soldering tools such as soldering irons hot-air guns reflow machines and microscopes Perform SMD rework including fine-pitch ICs QFN BGA if applicable and other sensitive components Handle PCB cleaning flux application and ESD-protected practices Test completed PCB assemblies using multimeters continuity testers and basic test jigs Maintain documentation for assembly rework and testing Ensure compliance with safety ESD protection and quality control standards Coordinate with design R D and production teams for smooth workflow Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 39 641 88 per month Work Location In person
