Job Summary Middleware operations specialist with 10-18 years of experience in designing deploying and managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure This role involves leading infrastructure automation driving cloud adoption strategies and mentoring junior engineers The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in integration components such as Messaging infrastructure Load Balancer setup API Gateway and strong networking skills Application server configuration and tuning JBoss Middleware security SSL TLS SSO LDAP integration Message-oriented middleware Kafka Solace API gateway management Kong AWS API Gateway F5 Load balancing and clustering setup Troubleshooting and log analysis for middleware platforms Scripting for automation Shell Python PowerShell Middleware patching and upgrades High availability and disaster recovery configuration Processes Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are explicit and well understood Work with the delivery implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution into Solution Design and Implementation methodologies Ability to work in Waterfall Iterative or Agile methodology of SDLC Ensure adherence to standardized cloud and infra structure deployment processes optimizing automation security and scalability Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Key Responsibilities Business Interfacing with business stakeholders for requirements management prioritisation and documentation Translate Product and business requirements into Solution Design and Technical Design artifacts Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association or equivalent Key stakeholders Solution Architect -
