Job Title Customer Service Staff Location SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd Kochi Job Type Full-Time As a Cafe Service Staff member you will be the face of our cafe responsible for delivering outstanding customer service ensuring a positive guest experience and supporting daily cafe operations You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the cafe Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers warmly take orders provide information about menu items and ensure an overall positive dining experience Order Preparation Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to cafe standards including coffee tea and specialty drinks Cash Handling Operate the cash register handle cash and card transactions and provide accurate change Cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized work area including tables counters and equipment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Stock Management Assist with inventory management including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages or issues Qualifications Qualification Experience Any Degree Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment Attitude Positive friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service Flexibility Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 086 00 - 18 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
