Job Title Store Executive Send your updated CV to hr prochem co in Visit us www prochem co in Prochem Turnkey Projects Pvt Ltd www prochem co in Send CV to hr prochem co in Salary No bar for the right candidate Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in material handling inventory control and logistics Department Stores Logistics Inventory Management Key Responsibilities 1 Material Handling Receive materials as per Purchase Orders PO and verify quantity and condition upon receipt Store materials systematically in designated areas to ensure accessibility and safety Identify and return non-conforsming materials promptly Prepare and process Goods Receipt Invoice Recording GRIR documents in SAP 2 Inventory Management Issue materials to the manufacturing department as per requisitions Update stock records bin cards and generate accurate stock statements using SAP Maintain inventory documentation in compliance with Integrated Management Systems IMS 3 Dispatch and Logistics Coordinate and manage all dispatch-related activities efficiently Ensure the safe storage and handling of flammable and compressed gas cylinders Participate actively in Environmental Health and Safety EHS meetings Follow all safety norms for hazardous materials in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets MSDS 4 Reporting and Coordination Provide daily reports and updates to the VP GM highlighting material priorities Monitor the planning and issuing of BOI Bill of Input materials and consumables along with the store team Supervise manual GRN and service GRN processes Analyze stock levels to ensure availability based on production and procurement needs Review and provide remarks on received material lists Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in MS office and MS Excel Strong organizational analytical and coordination skills Ability to prepare maintain and analyze reports effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
