Responsibilities Develop MEP BIM models LOD 350-500 for fire protection plumbing and drainage Produce shop drawings As-built drawings and builder s work drawings Perform clash detection and coordination with ARC STR Other MEP models Update models based on design changes and site conditions for as-built submissions Ensure compliance with BEP and QA QC workflows Requirements Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or equivalent Robust proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Experience in piping and equipment detailing Familiarity with LOD 350-500 requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent
