- AccountantPosition Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company s financial records ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide accurate reporting for decision-making The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements maintaining general ledgers and supporting audits tax filings and budgeting processes Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile financial records including general ledgers accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards tax regulations and company policies Manage payroll processing and related reporting Monitor cash flow expenditures and budgets Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports Assist in tax preparation and filing for corporate and local requirements Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning Use accounting software and ERP systems to maintain accurate records Perform other finance-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA preferred but not mandatory Proven experience as an Accountant Auditor or in a similar financial role Strong knowledge of accounting principles GAAP IFRS Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Oracle or similar Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or within a team Work Environment Benefits Full-time position with standard office hours some flexibility may be required during reporting deadlines Competitive salary Job Type Full time Pay 28 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Work Location In person
