Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the industrial machinery sector The ideal candidate will oversee the Production planning and scheduling of the processes safely to meet timely delivery and quality assured goods to customer Key Responsibilities Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer and business expectation Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities including machining assembly fabrication and testing of industrial machinery Monitor and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Coordinate with design quality procurement maintenance and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations To analyse and control bottle neck in the system hampering production schedule Manage manpower planning shift scheduling and team performance Analyse production data track KPIs and report regularly to senior management Identify areas of improvement and implement lean manufacturing 5S and other best practices Participate in audits and drive compliance with ISO standards and internal policies Maintain strict adherence to safety health and environmental regulations Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in industrial machinery manufacturing with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of heavy equipment or industrial machinery production processes including CNC fabrication assembly hydraulics and electrical systems Hands-on experience with ERP systems Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing TPM Kaizen and quality management systems Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication planning and organizational abilities Preferred Certifications Not Mandatory PMP or Industrial Engineering Certification ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 experience Job Type Full time Pay 300 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Industrial engineering 3 years Required License Certification o ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 experience Required Work Location In person
