FutureTech media is a dynamic and fast-growing media and technology-driven platform focused on delivering innovation industry insights and futuristic solutions We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Manager to strengthen our team Role Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle with a strong focus on talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management The role demands a strategic yet hands-on professional who can build high-performing teams drive HR best practices and align people operations with business goals Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement effective employee performance management systems to ensure productivity and accountability Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Oversee HR policies compliance and grievance management in line with organizational values Conduct regular performance reviews set KPIs and assist managers in employee development planning Provide strategic HR insights to management for talent retention and succession planning Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resource Management or related field Proven experience 5 years in recruitment and performance management preferably in media tech industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders Knowledge of HR systems tools and best practices Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
